I have the medium band and purchased the heavy resistance for days when I feel super human! I am pleased with the quality of both bands. The wider width helps them to stay put and prevents them from rolling down (which is a big frustration with the narrow bands). Also, I have been using the medium band for awhile and happy to say that it has kept its shape without stretching out or losing resistance. Highly recommend!
