I really enjoyed reading Erin's heartfelt accounts of her experiences growing up and during young adulthood. Her insights into everything from a shift in mindset to the daily changes she has made to her nutrition, exercise, work and family life were both inspiring and educational. This was the perfect book to read as I kick off the new year and set intentions for how to "live present" and "be forward!"
This book has completely changed my perspective on the fitness I choose and the food I consume. So many of us think exercise has to hurt or be super intense to work, and Erin showed us that's NOT true. Wish I had heard this message in my 20s but so grateful to hear it in my 40s. Highly recommend this book for ALL!
